So, follow now the step-by-step with photos of this recipe for peanut brown sugar with condensed milk at TudoReceitas and then enjoy!

Ingredients for making Peanut Rapadura with condensed milk:

250 grams of peanuts (unshelled or roasted)

1 cup of refined sugar or crystal

 ½ can of condensed milk

How to make Peanut brown with condensed milk:

Separate the ingredients needed to prepare this peanut and condensed milk peanut foot recipe. In our case, we use unshelled peanuts, so below we explain how to roast the peanuts and remove their shells.

To lightly roast the peanuts, place them on a low heat in a skillet or large pot and stir constantly until you see that the beans are roasting and the husks are starting to come loose. After that, wait for them to cool and start rubbing the beans with your hands so that the husks come out completely.

Tip: This step only takes a few minutes and you need to be careful to let the beans burn!

In a medium saucepan, add the roasted and peeled peanuts with the sugar and mix well.

Leave on low heat and, without stopping stirring, wait until the peanuts are caramelized with sugar. At this point, add the condensed milk and keep stirring.

When this peanut brown sugar with condensed milk starts to peel a little from the bottom (it's not like brigadeiro, it keeps a still creamy consistency, as shown in the photo below), remove from heat.

Pour into a medium-sized serving dish greased with butter or margarine and spread with a spatula to level. Wait for it to cool and cut into squares.

Tip: If you prefer, you can put the candy already separated one by one in this dish in small piles, to make it easier!

This brown sugar has a creamier consistency due to the condensed milk, but is simply irresistible in flavor!
